  • Adviceguide provides information on your rights including benefits, housing and employment.  Also advice on debt, consumer and legal matters.  Developed by Citizens Advice www.adviceguide.org.uk  the Citizens advice provide drop in advice centres at Merchants Place, Church Street, Cromer, Mondays 10 am to 2 pm (no appointment necessary) and also at the CAB offices, New Road, North Walsham, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm (no appointment necessary).

 

  • The Court of Protection is able to make decisions in relation to the property, affairs, healthcare and personal welfare of adults who lack capacity.  www.publicguardian.gov.uk .  You will also find information about the Public Guardian Office, booklets, leaflets and guides to making arrangements for yourself and others including Lasting Powers of Attorney information and fees.

  

  • Child Support Agency.  Part of the Department for Work and Pensions the Child Support Agency provides guidance, advice and contact details if you wish to find out more about claiming child maintenance.  www.csa.gov.uk
